We all have things we dream of doing. Things we wish we can change about ourselves. Things that can make us happier, kinder people. Little things that make us laugh and not-so-little things that can forever change the course of our lives.
Today, I came across a video titled “Try something new for 30 days” in which Matt Cutts, engineer at Google, passionately spoke about how doing small little things we have always thought about doing for just 30 days can dramatically change our disposition and ultimately, our outlook on life. He continued, saying, “Instead of the months flying by forgotten, the time was much more memorable.”
That single line resonated with me. I want all my days to be memorable.
Taking a cue from him, I have decided to embark on my own journey. I will follow my own path, not sure where the next 30 days will lead me but what I do know is that I will try my best not have it fade away into a forgotten memory but to have everyday matter.
After all, that’s what life is, a tapestry of small journeys and sometimes unforgettable stories. And, here begins mine.
